Principal IT Recruitment Consultant | Hays Technology Well established State Government Organization is looking for an experienced Principal Business Analyst (Implementation of MDM Systems) About the organization You will be part of a well established state government organization responsible for the state's education system. About your role The Principal Business Analyst (MDM) is responsible for leading analytical expertise delivery, driving informed decision-making, and strategic initiatives. The incumbent generates insights from complex datasets, enabling data-informed business modelling and fostering data-driven performance enhancements. The Principal Business Analyst (MDM) will be responsible for providing analytical support to the new purpose-built system for mandatory schooling data reporting. This provides functionality to enable school services to provide the Department with the mandatory reporting information required to facilitate funding, whilst also enabling sessional services to collect and report attendance data. The Principal Analyst will be responsible for the capture and management of enhancements to the solution, eliciting business requirements and transforming those into functional requirements to be delivered by System Integrator delivery teams. Key Responsibilities At least 5 years Senior Business Analyst experience Direct experience in the implementation of Master Data Management (MDM) systems One or more Agile Certifications, e.g. SAFe Agilist, Agile Project Management, Scrum Master, Product Owner, or similar Experience in using Jira and Confluence What do you need to do now Does this sound like you?
