About this role Manages and coordinates a team providing specialist advice for the delivery of injury management (IM) and early intervention (EI) functions for the North Metropolitan Health Service (NMHS). As part of the Health, Safety and Wellbeing (HSW) senior leadership team, works in collaboration with HSW colleagues to ensure integrated HSW services across the NMHS. Provides specialist IM and EI advisory and consultancy services to senior managers and other staff. Provides advice and support to senior managers in the strategic and operational management of workers’ compensation (WC) claims management, IM and EI. This role reports to Manager - Injury Management, Early Intervention and Prevention.
