Reporting to the Head of Engineering, this is a full-time hybrid role, based in our Melbourne office 3 days per week. Some of the things you'll do... Collaborate with teams, including Engineers, Product Managers and Designers, to translate user needs into elegant technical solutions. Engineer intuitive, quality front-end applications that enhance the user experience. Advocate for and implement best practices in UI/UX design, responsive development, and clean coding standards. Mentor engineers, levelling up the front-end knowledge and capability within the business. Stay ahead of industry trends to help us to evolve our front-end stack and approach to development. A little about you… You've built front-end applications with modern frameworks. You have experience deploying code in multiple front-end languages, such as TypeScript and React. You have experience leading the front-end function within a technology business. You have expertise in designing scalable architectures for front-end applications. You review code to find and address potential issues and defects, ensuring the quality and usability of every feature you build. Additional Information What else can you expect from us?
