Principal Software Engineer Permanent role Greenfield project with a scaling SaaS business Ownership of UI activities Hybrid working (2 days in office) This role is an exciting opportunity to join an Eco-Tech scale up as they expand their product offerings into European markets in 2025. This role has no direct reports; you will be purely responsible for all things UI as they embark on a greenfield project to implement Micro-Front ends. Day to day Define and implement front-end architecture for a multi-tenant SaaS platform Leverage Micro Front Ends & React Lead initiatives using technical knowledge and ability to influence/coach stakeholders Build & maintain component library Collaborate with the wider business to deliver user-friendly experiences Stay updated on emerging technologies – coach and train around best practices Skills Expertise in Front End technology – React / Next.JS Experience implementing Micro Front Ends for multi-tenant SaaS platforms Have built scalable component libraries Expertise in front end performance testing – Lazy Loading / Tree Shaking Understanding of accessibility practices – WCAG Strong ability to coach/lead/mentor stakeholders Soft skills to influence stakeholders around best practices Please apply to set up an initial screening call. #J-18808-Ljbffr
