We’re looking for a dynamic Principal Human Resources Consultant (Talent & Leadership Development) to help launch and establish a new program of work that will transform leadership and organisational capability. The Opportunity The Principal Human Resources Consultant (Talent and Leadership Development) is a new position created to report to, and collaborate with, the Manager Leadership and Talent Development to implement organisational capability strategies to enable a future-ready workforce.This role will play a key role in project delivery, developing and implementing best-fit strategies, and recommending solutions to address capability gaps aligned with departmental goals. Responsibilities include providing expert advice on leadership trends, ensuring timely project delivery, and evaluating programs. The role will also design, implement, and assess leadership and capability initiatives, including training, workshops, mentoring, coaching, and external partnerships.You'll be joining a collaborative HR Strategy team at the outset of a new program of work, helping to shape leadership, management, and talent development at DPI during an exciting period of cultural transformation.
