If so, this role is your opportunity to make an impact!We’re looking for a Senior Human Resources Consultant (Talent & Leadership Development) to support the rollout of a new program of work that will enhance leadership and organisational capability.The Opportunity As Our Senior Human Resources Consultant, You Will: Design, develop, and deliver in-house management capability initiatives, including face-to-face, virtual, and blended learning programs. Support the Principal HR Consultant, Leadership & Talent Development (TLD) and Manager, (TLD) in implementing strategic leadership and capability programs aligned with the Leadership & Management Development Strategy. Analyse data to measure program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. Provide expert advice on leadership trends and talent development strategies. Manage key project logistics, including communications and stakeholder coordination. You'll be joining a collaborative HR Strategy team at the start of an exciting new program, helping to shape leadership, management, and talent development at DPI. With the department's new Director-General driving bold change, this role puts you at the forefront of workforce transformation—ensuring our leaders and managers are ready for the future.Ready to make a difference?
