THE ROLE The Principal Project Manager, Redevelopment will work in a collaborative and innovative team focused on delivering the redevelopment of Homes Victoria high-rise tower sites under partnership models in accordance with the Government's Housing Statement. The Principal Project Manager, Redevelopment will provide pro-active and authoritative project management leadership, oversee and manage consultancies and contractors involved in design, documentation and project delivery, and work with a broad range of key stakeholders. This includes coordinating and implementing High Value High Risk (HVHR) and Partnerships Victoria transaction and procurement processes, project managing project development and delivery activities, budget and cash flow management, construction and consultant contract administration, stakeholder management, reporting and risk and issues management. ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE Lead the full life cycle of projects to meet departmental objectives including project development and delivery, monitoring and evaluation with a focus on HVHR and Partnerships Victoria complex commercial partnering models including ground lease models, development agreements, and other redevelopment partnerships. Lead the preparation and presentation of reports and procurement documentation including transaction plans, complex tender documentation, evaluation plans and reports, internal and ministerial briefs, cabinet and agency submissions. Undertake complex quantitative analysis including area and dwelling number analysis, detailed interrogation of costing items, preparation of project cash flows and forecasts, and accountability for budget management and financial reporting.
