We’re seeking a Principal Project Officer to lead the charge in developing, managing, and evolving the People at Work (PAW) program, a national initiative aimed at promoting psychological health in the workplace. What You'll Do: Lead and shape the future of the PAW program as part of the Psychological Health Unit. Manage systems and processes that help workplaces identify and tackle psychosocial risks. Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure the ongoing development and effectiveness of the PAW platform. Analyze and communicate data insights to advance the body of knowledge on workplace mental health. Manage key projects, including contract procurement and providing expert advice on IT tools like PowerBI. What We're Looking For: Someone with experience in project management (PRINCE2 or similar methodologies preferred). Strong skills in research, data analysis, and effective communication. A collaborative leader who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
