A Frame Beyond is a boutique consultancy dedicated to helping companies quickly demystify the tech world and leverage software for maximum benefit. We are dedicated to helping companies avoid engaging in yet more "digitalisation" or "transformation" projects that spend a lot of time and money going nowhere. We focus on improving: tech & digital literacy in executive teams, boards and company leaders the value and impact of in-house tech teams the leadership capabilities of tech people We help clients determine what is possible with digital and get setup to be self-sufficient with tech as fast as possible. We are a collective of leaders from across the digital spectrum. Remote first, Melbourne based, we are distributed and work across Australia. We are seeking an experienced Service Designer for a short term contract to assist with a client project in Perth, WA. This role will take the lead on facilitating, identifying and mapping out the high level service delivery needs for the whole organisation. Working with a variety of people including clinical psychologists as counselling service providers. Someone who enjoys working with people and thrives on bringing clarity to uncertainty and prioritising action. Someone who communicates well, asks for help and advocates modern design practices. Someone comfortable talking to customers, executives and board members. Requirements 5+ years experience as a Service Designer, UX Strategist or similar Experience with human centred design, user research, service mapping, user journey mapping and prototyping Track record facilitating workshops with complex, senior stakeholder groups Experience driving strategy and storytelling about whole organisation services Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross functional teams We'd love to hear from you if you love any of: Tackling ambiguous problems and shaping them into clear goals Using service design skills to align strategy, people and technology Mentoring designers and researchers The possibilities and ethics of software and digital systems We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills.
