We are recruiting now for energetic and enthusiastic Printing and Packing Team members to join our team. About Us Leading Image School Photos are the leaders in School Photography. Our central production hub is focused on delivering a streamlined, efficient digital lab producing quality products and services to our branches Australia wide. Your New Role: Playing a valued part in our operations in Murarrie, this full time position will be required to work during a Monday to Friday week. Your duties will include: Operational Support: Assist the Resource Centre Manager in managing day-to-day of dry lab, ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of work, priorities, and other tasks. Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the staff activities, including training, scheduling and performance management. Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time. Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, conducting regular stocktakes and ensuring proper storage and handling of products. Assist in investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies. Communication: Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, branches and customers. Ensure effective communication and coordination between all teams. Reporting: Assist the Resource Centre Manager in preparing and analysing operational reports, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor and improve performance. What do we need from you? However, all necessary skills can be taught for the right candidate. An ability to work under pressure and organisational skills to ensure you succeed in meeting strict deadlines. Adaptable and flexible. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. This is a physical role with standing and lifting involved. Ability to manage a team. Why Join Us?
