Job Description
We are seeking a passionate Physiotherapist to join a dynamic, state-of-the-art clinic located in Brisbane. Our client offers a substantial earning potential with a base wage, commission bonus, and a dedicated training budget. While a full-time role with flexible scheduling is preferred, we welcome part-time applicants who seek work-life balance. Responsibilities: Conduct functional and musculoskeletal assessments Utilise manual hands-on therapy and targeted exercises for pain management and rehabilitation Develop and implement personalised treatment plans Provide education and support for long-term symptom management Maintain accurate client records and submit necessary reports Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team and NDIS for client plan reviews Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in physiotherapy or equivalent allied health qualification Current AHPRA unrestricted registration (supervision considered for exceptional candidates) Professional Indemnity Insurance Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Detail-oriented, analytical, and creative problem-solving abilities Interest in chronic pain, rehabilitation, Pilates, or women’s health is favourable Additional Information: Experience with hypermobility is preferred but not essential Modern physiotherapy practice customised for hypermobility, recently expanded with a spacious gym featuring weights, cardio, and Pilates equipment Extensive training provided upon commencement Supportive and friendly workplace within a small team environment Flexibility in work flow with a proactive practice manager and reception team Extended one-hour appointments allowing for personalised client care Ongoing professional mentoring from experienced physiotherapists Commitment to supporting team professional development with in-services and a training budget Flexibility in work arrangements, including telehealth and home visit options Emphasis on exercise and rehabilitation, reducing stress on your own body Access to Pilates rehab gym outside of work hours Referrals come from various sources, including client support groups, word of mouth, GPs, and medical specialists.
