Process Analysis & Improvement: Work with the PEX community including SMEs in the respective area to analyse current business processes and identify areas for improvement. Assist in proposing solutions to optimise workflows. Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect and interpret data to support process improvement initiatives. Help create insights that lead to recommendations for better efficiency. Project Support: Participate in process improvement projects from initiation through implementation. Assist in managing project timelines and tracking outcomes. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure process improvement initiatives are aligned with organisational needs. Change Management: Assist with the implementation of new processes and tools. Provide training and support to teams to ensure successful adoption of changes. Performance Tracking: Help develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of process changes and support continuous improvement efforts. Lean and Six Sigma Support: Learn and apply Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to eliminate waste and increase efficiency in business processes. Documentation: Assist in creating and maintaining detailed process documentation, such as process maps and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
