In this role, you will collaborate with the Kinetic IT team and key stakeholders to establish the operational approach, and lead the design, improvement, and integration of specific process practices. Some of the key responsibilities will include driving continuous improvement initiatives, monitoring and reporting on process performance and trends, managing change and risks associated with process execution across the environment, and overseeing resource allocation for day-to-day process execution. We are looking for a candidate with broad process management experience, and more importantly, someone with strong communication skills, high level customer engagement experience, and the confidence to influence and drive the governance and integration of work. You’ll just need the following; Currently hold an Australian Government Security Clearance Experience managing ITIL processes and implementing changes in Federal government environments Confident approach and influential skills working with internal and external partners High-level interpersonal and relationship management skills Ability to share knowledge, mentor others, and apply lessons learned in service management practices Strong documentation and clear writing skills for processes and work instructions Hold certification or understanding in ITIL Intermediate or SIAM service management methods highly advantageous ABOUT KINETIC IT We are recognised market leaders in the delivery of high-quality technology solutions to large public, private, and government organisations.
