The Kinetic IT Security Operations Team is looking for a Process Manager who thrives on innovation and creativity. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to approach process improvement with fresh ideas and simplicity—finding practical, innovative ways to implement process best practices without overburdening documentation. We believe in a “just barely enough” approach to process documentation, keeping things simple, clear, and agile for our clients and teams to deliver value. Working within a security-focused environment, you’ll team up with our SOC, internal business process experts, and clients to strengthen ITIL-based processes and security frameworks like ISO 27001, IRAP, and Essential 8. Your forward-looking mindset and commitment to breaking down complexity will help us balance compliance with service management efficiency, ensuring excellence without sacrificing agility. Your role will include: Working with the SOC Operations Manager and internal business process team to develop a tactical plan for implementing and executing the ITSM process. This includes defining process objectives, identifying key activities, and timelines, while ensuring alignment with integrated processes across the value chain. Collaborating with stakeholders at all levels to design and document clear and compliant process workflows, activities, roles, and responsibilities. Overseeing the integration of security requirements into ITSM processes and ensuring operational processes align with ISO 27001 Information Security Standards, IRAP compliance frameworks, and Essential 8 practices. Supporting the refinement of incident management and response processes in coordination with the SOC to ensure compliance with our Incident Response Plan. Leading the identification and execution of areas for process improvement, suggesting optimisation strategies and implementing changes based on measured KPIs, benchmarking reviews, and security audits. Serving as the key point of contact for internal and external audits related to ISO 27001, IRAP, and associated compliance frameworks. Conducting ongoing quality assurance activities, analysing feedback, and preparing traceability reports that verify compliance and process health. Keen to get involved? Demonstrated experience leading and managing process execution in an ITIL-aligned IT Service Management environment, ideally with hands-on expertise in platforms like ServiceNow. Strong cybersecurity knowledge, particularly with governance, risk, and compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, IRAP, Essential 8, and NIST CSF. Experience creating technical documentation tailored to ITIL, SOC operations, or security compliance requirements. High-level interpersonal and relationship management skills, including process communication, technical documentation, reporting, and stakeholder alignment.
