The Opportunity As a Process & Quality Analyst, you'll be responsible for ensuring exceptional quality standards for Visory customers across bookkeeping, accounting, and other service workflows, whilst analysing and improving business processes, and identifying opportunities for automation and workflow enhancements. You will also contribute to product development efforts and drive the adoption of scalable, best-practice workflows, supporting organisational efficiency and continuous improvement. Success in this position ensures that Quality at Visory is upheld through accurate, timeliness, and proactive communication when delivering customer outcomes. On a day-to-day basis, you'll be responsible for: Quality Control & Assurance Ensure exceptional customer outcomes by maintaining high service standards and low error rates. Track and resolve quality issues while keeping customer information accurate and up to date. Embed quality checks into workflows to ensure consistent service excellence. Process Optimisation & Automation Identify and implement best-practice processes for new and existing workflows. Continuously optimise workflows to reduce inefficiencies and improve customer outcomes. Partner with Product & Engineering teams to drive automation opportunities. Contribute to Product Backlog Refinement (PBR) by turning process insights into product enhancements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test new features, conduct quality assurance (QA) and user acceptance testing (UAT). Help facilitate sprint planning and development team desk checks. Drive a culture of experimentation, innovation, and continuous improvement . We’re looking for someone who has: Experience in process improvement, quality control, or operational excellence , ideally in bookkeeping, accounting, or financial services. Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset and a keen eye for detail. Ability to work cross-functionally with teams across Product, Engineering, and Operations. Experience with automation tools and workflow optimisation is a plus. A proactive approach to identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions .
