Join the CBRE – Procurement Property Management Team Entry level role for a Procurement Graduate looking to start their career Sydney Location | Land of the Gadigal people Recently graduated in strategic procurement, supply chain management, business administration or commerce related degree and looking to start your career in Procurement with a global company. As a Procurement Coordinator/Graduate you will support the Procurement Team in sourcing, negotiating and managing supplier relationships to ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. The Opportunity: Support the preparation and issuance of requests for proposals (RFPs) and requests for quotations (RFQs) Analyse supplier responses and assist in the negotiation of contracts and agreements Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, contracts and supplier performance Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to procurement activities Assist in the development and implantation of procurement strategies About You: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration or related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Familiarity with procurement software and tools is a plus.
