Senior Procurement Officer, Contracts Officer and Procurement Officer Corporate Services, Courts and Tribunal Services and Public Trustee Salary: Level 5, $101,122 - $110,517 per annum + 11.5% Superannuation (PSCA 2024) Position number: Pool Ref 219261 Work type: Permanent - Full Time Location: Perth CBD This recruitment pool will run for a period of twelve months and may be used to fill ongoing fixed term contracts and permanent opportunities. We have one (1) permanent full time vacancy available with Courts and Tribunal services, one (1) permanent full time vacancy available with Public Trustee Office, and one (1) fixed term contract available with Procurement and Contract Services with the possibility of extension and/or permanency. About the roles The Contracts Officer with Courts and Tribunal Services (CTS) is responsible for developing and managing low to medium value/risk contracts. Accountable for the contract management of specific CTS contracts including contract administration, monitoring performance, relationship management, risk management, governance and record keeping. The Procurement Officer with the Public Trustee is responsible for developing medium to high risk contracts. This involves working with the business areas of the Public Trustee to review their needs, agree to a procurement strategy, develop the required documentation and ensure that all procurement activities are undertaken in a compliant manner that delivers the outcomes required. The Senior Procurement Officer, Contracts is responsible for developing low and medium risk contracts and community services agreements. This involves developing business cases, tender documents, procurement plans, evaluation reports, contract award documentation, contract management plans as well as consultation and negotiation with stakeholders. Successful candidates will: Be responsible for developing low, medium and high risk contracts and community service agreements. Be responsible for contract administration; reviews and processes contract extensions, CPI and other price reviews and contract variations. Contribute to the development of procurement frameworks policies, process improvements, templates and guidelines. Develop associated procurement documents: business cases, tender documents, procurement plans, evaluation reports, contract award documentation and contract management plans. Consult and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels in developing contracts.
