Who we’re looking for: We’re seeking an experienced administration professional to join our team on a 12-month contract. Based in our Manly office, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Procurement team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. In this role, you will use your excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with people at all levels across the BMD Group nationally, and with our external suppliers. You will support the operational needs of the business, using your attention to detail to deliver timely administration assistance to a high-quality standard. You will be directly responsible for raising purchasing orders and managing the sourcing, procurement and delivery of materials and plant for our civil construction sites. Your key responsibilities will include: Support the operational needs of the business Deliver timely administration assistance to a high-quality standard Raise purchasing orders and manage the sourcing, procurement and delivery of materials and plant for our civil construction sites.
