About the role We are seeking a contract-management subject matter expert (SME) to be responsible for the coordination and support the introduction and embedment of the Goods Not for Resale (GNFR) Third Party Management Framework across the Coles Group. Please note that this role is a 6-month fixed term contract with an immediate start. There is potential for this role to become permanent post contract ending. You will also be responsible for: Managing planning activities and execution of key procurement transformation initiatives which form part of a broader 3-year optimisation program across Coles Group. Development and implementation of contract management requirements and processes related to Governance Forums. Producing workstream or project plans, ensuring that all activities are identified, analysed, scheduled and appropriately organised to deliver project objectives, and are aligned with organisational frameworks. Assisting in designing and creating simple, operational tools, templates and other required documentation (e.g. guidance, FAQs) which will support implementation of the framework(s). Supporting change management effort by assessing change impact of implementation of the frameworks (including use of the Ariba platform and supporting tools) through communications, training, and support. Assessing risk profile of current third-party providers and engagements, and determine priority for change management. About you and your skills Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in a procurement transformation or practitioner role, with a strong understanding of the entire Source to Contract/Pay process and operational practices. You will also ideally have: Tertiary qualification in Business Management, Finance, Supply Chain, or similar. Competent in Ariba, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and e-procurement tools/systems. Working knowledge of contract management frameworks and deep understanding of risk and compliance requirements in Supplier and Contract Lifecycle management. Experience planning, executing projects, including managing planning activities, change and interdependencies. What’s in it for you?
