If you're passionate about making a real impact, working on dynamic projects, and being part of a team that supports the industries we all rely on – this is your opportunity.We are currently seeking an energetic & high performing Procurement Team Leader to join our close-knit team, located in Bayswater!About Your Role: Reporting to the Procurement Manager – Operations & Maintenance you will: Lead by Example : Demonstrate exemplary safety practices, behavior, commitment, and attitude Team Development: Participate in the development and implementation of functional team KPIs Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lead process re-engineering and SOP implementation within the department, ensuring compliance with business and group policies and procedures Mentorship: Mentor, guide, and support the Procurement Team in their daily activities and professional development Order Verification: Verify and validate purchase orders in line with the business delegation of authority matrix Order Management: Lead supplier order management, including expediting/rescheduling, tracking DIFOT performance, and conducting supplier audits About You: To be considered for the role, you have a background in procurement leadership, excellent team management skills, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement. As the Procurement Team Leader, you will be adept at process re-engineering, supplier management, and compliance with health, safety, security, and environmental (HSSE) policies.
