Customer Service | Immediate Start, Top Job In this part-time, 4-day per week role, you will be primarily responsible for assisting the Product Manager in facilitating the operational function of Thredbo’s operating systems (RTP|One and Aspenware). You will prepare, deploy, and upkeep Thredbo Resort’s winter and summer products through the online and In-Resort POS, with an expectation of maintaining a high level of product knowledge. About the Role Assist the Product Manager in product planning, building, testing, and deployment through RTP|One and Aspenware. Provide assistance in troubleshooting and reporting within operating systems. Test new releases and version updates, noting any issues or bug fixes. Work with other departments to assist with their RTP|One Operating Procedures and offer suggestions on improving efficiency. About You Strong skills and experience in RTP|One Administration and/or NOP Commerce/Aspenware eCommerce Administration is highly regarded. Experience in an office administration role and/or data entry. Strong communication and troubleshooting skills. Proficient in Microsoft 365.
