Job Description
Role Brief As a Product Designer, Design System, you’ll be the architect behind our evolving design language. You'll craft, maintain, and scale our robust system that empowers designers and engineers to build consistent, accessible, and high-quality experiences. You won’t start from scratch but continue working on a strong foundation of an atomic design system, light/dark color themes, spacing and typography tokenization system, while embracing accessibility guidelines and component reviews. What You'll Do Own and evolve our design system, ensuring visual consistency, accessibility, and efficiency across all products. Collaborate with designers, engineers, and product managers to define scalable components, patterns, and guidelines. Advocate for design best practices and attention to detail. Work closely with engineering teams to implement components in a highly functional and performant way. Continuously improve documentation, governance, and adoption of the design system across teams. You’re a great fit if you love creating design foundations that scale and have experience working with Figma libraries, tokens, and cross-functional teams. Experience in building design and tokenization systems is mandatory. What You'll Need A minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a product designer. Having adequate knowledge of Atomic design systems. Having an eye for design and detail-oriented. Excellent use of Figma for design, libraries management, documentation, and prototyping is a must. Experience working on design system tokenization and Figma variables for typography, colors, and spacings. #J-18808-Ljbffr
