Pladia is a software suite designed to revolutionise visitor experiences by seamlessly blending physical and digital spaces. Our innovative platform enables customers to build, guide, manage and improve on-site visitor experiences, creating engaging and personalized encounters for diverse audiences. A little about the role… We have an opportunity for a Product Designer to join our emerging product business, designing technology products that delight our customers and their visitors. This is a crucial role in driving product discovery and ensuring alignment between our Product Design team and the evolving product roadmap, which can be based anywhere in Australia. You will be responsible for working on an existing system with the ability to make incremental enhancements, working closely with the broader product development team. Some key elements of the role include designing interfaces that are easy to use, maintaining design systems, and creating new components while championing user-centred design principles throughout the process. You'll also be working on prototypes, running user testing sessions, and contributing to customer research and ongoing measurement. You could be the one if you have… Extensive experience designing complex business software systems (e.g. B2B software), ideally with various integration points, with a folio you’re proud of and ready to tell us all about! End to End product design experience, with the ability to move from first principles right through to deployment and optimisation Experience using metrics to demonstrate the tangible value of your work Experience creating and maintaining design systems in Figma, and contributing new components Experience working closely with Software Engineers and Product Managers, with an understanding of how your role intersects with other cross-functional team members Excellent attention to detail and strong understanding of visual aesthetics, typography, grid systems, and design principles Demonstrated experience talking to customers, conducting customer interviews and setting up usability testing Experience working as a Designer in a product team, with experience using data to make informed decisions What we offer We promote a friendly, human work environment, providing you with the support, tools and resources to flourish in your role.
