About you: We’re looking for a Product Development Manager to oversee the product lifecycle and production delivery for new and existing products. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that our products remain commercially viable while aligning with consumer trends and business goals. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development of new products according to the development calendar, from concept to production. Facilitate design meetings, communicate action plans, and report progress to senior stakeholders. Manage product quality, technical standards, timelines, and budgets. Work closely with Logistics, Sales, and Brand & Marketing teams to meet deadlines. Identify risks and propose solutions to keep projects on track. Collaborate with the design and brand team to prepare materials for key milestone meetings. Optimize product cost while maintaining quality. Stay informed about global market trends and customer insights. Drive innovation through creative problem-solving and strategic thinking. What You Bring: 4-5 years of experience in consumer product development. Strong knowledge of toy or consumer product manufacturing processes (tooling, injection moulding, printing, etc.). Understanding of material characteristics (polymers, metals, and other components). Ability to identify and build strategic partnerships with suppliers and manufacturers. Strong project management and agile development skills. Ability to manage multiple projects with keen attention to detail and timelines. A blend of analytical thinking and creative problem-solving. Bonus Points for: Experience in the toy industry. Knowledge of the global toy market, especially the U.S. Background in licensing. Proficiency in Adobe Suite and Office Suite. 3D software skills (ideal but not essential). Qualifications: University degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Product Development, Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field. Why Join Us?
