Our Accounts team manages the core account and user systems that underpin our messaging application – Sinch Engage, and they need a new Product Manager. The role involves defining and driving critical initiatives to integrate the Engage platform into the broader Sinch environment, managing the transition of brand-entities in the product, while enhancing user experience around accounts within the application. Key responsibilities: Work with the Accounts Engineering team on a day-to-day basis to drive and deliver to the team objectives. Analyse customer behaviour/usage, platform/system characteristics, brands, products and markets to become the SME for this area, and so understand the impact of changes, and ensure we can maintain a good customer experience. Define and document work to validate approach, understand customer impacts and effectively deliver on the team roadmap and objectives. Work with other Product Development teams to understand changes, manage dependencies and deliver to the overall product objectives. Collaborate cross-functionally to drive and deliver to the roadmap – including with design, marketing, sales, support and more. Use data and metrics to inform decision making, understand impacts and assess performance. You will possess the following skills and attributes: Product management experience, working closely with development teams to enable customer experience and deliver on the team roadmap. Strong knowledge or experience with communication, marketing or messaging products. Strong technical and data expertise, including knowledge of modern systems, micro-service based SaaS applications and data structures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with diverse teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
