Following an internal re-structure, an opportunity has arisen for a consummate Product Manager. Based at our corporate HO in Gepps Cross, the incumbent will play a key role in guiding product strategy, innovation, and execution to ensure Stratco continues to meet its objectives of growth, customer satisfaction, and market leadership. As the Product Manager for a portfolio of lifestyle products, your scope of accountability will encompass: Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the outback veranda product line, aligning with business goals and market trends. Identify new product opportunities, enhancements, and innovations to maintain and grow market share. Liaising with our engineering team to improve product design and customer service. Prepare project quotations and sales proposals. Engage with key customers, dealers, and distributors to gather feedback, understand their pain points, and build strong relationships. Providing product training to other sales personnel. We’re seeking a dynamic, “can-do” individual with a background in Product Management or technical sales. Experience gained within building products or related sectors is an advantage. The ideal candidate will be a compelling communicator, equipped with sharp analytical and problem-solving skills. Additionally, we require a person who brings relentless drive, laser-focused determination, and an unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. In return?
