Product Manager - Deposits

Employee Benefits + discounted financial product We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our Deposits team. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of select Business and Retail deposit products across the different BOQ Group brands and core banking platforms. You will manage deposits products in line with the business strategy. You will help consistently deliver market-leading deposits banking experiences for our customers. Key Responsibilities: Managing and enhancing market-leading products and processes to deliver on the Group's transformation strategy. Supporting and, in some cases, leading initiatives to improve customer and staff experiences. Managing products in line with governance, risk, and compliance requirements. Tracking portfolio performance against key growth, cost, and customer experience targets. Identifying and executing product initiatives to drive acquisition, cost efficiencies, product simplification, and better customer and staff experiences. About You: The ideal candidate will bring strong commercial acumen, customer centricity, and a solution-focused mindset to drive better business and customer outcomes. Experience in product and/or portfolio management, Trust accounts, Insurance and/or Finance industry would be an advantage. You should have a high level of numeracy to manage revenue and cost drivers and the ability to demonstrate end-to-end development and delivery of successful product initiatives. A business or finance degree is desirable with a good understanding of risk and compliance functions.
