If you're looking for an opportunity to innovate, collaborate, and lead, this role is for you!About The RoleWe’re looking for a Product Manager to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of assigned digital products, ensuring they deliver continuous value to members while aligning with organisational strategy and user needs. This role requires a design-oriented mindset, curiosity, and a big-picture perspective, along with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive innovation.As a Product Manager, you will:Develop and maintain a product roadmap and backlog, integrating insights from business needs, strategic priorities, and user feedback. Lead product vision and strategy, ensuring products align with member expectations, technological advancements, and organisational goals. Drive product innovation, working with the Innovation Team to rapidly develop prototypes and solutions. Ensure product stability and technical feasibility, minimising technical debt and enabling long-term sustainability. Work closely with UX designers, developers, and technical teams to ensure products deliver intuitive and user-friendly experiences. Embed best-practice product management methodologies, including agile principles, design thinking, and data-driven decision-making. Manage risks, resources, and contracts, ensuring projects remain on track, within budget, and aligned with strategic priorities. Engage with internal and external stakeholders, facilitating collaboration and alignment across teams. Be comfortable working across disciplines, engaging with engineers, designers, stakeholders, and business leaders. What You’ll BringOur ways of working are member-centric, data-informed, and agile. You’ll bring these principles to life, ensuring that digital products are strategic, sustainable, and impactful.Additionally, you’ll bring:3-5 years of experience in product management, leading digital product design and development. Proven experience leading Scrum activities, design thinking workshops, and Agile product management practices. Deep understanding of digital learning, educational design, or healthcare-related digital workflows. Experience managing product roadmaps, feature prioritisation, and release planning. Strong data-informed decision-making skills, using insights to drive continuous improvement. Experience managing vendor relationships, contracts, and procurement processes. Ability to collaborate across teams, aligning business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility.
