The values that underpin our company culture are the drivers of our ongoing success: Agile Solution focused Respect for all people Integrity in the way we operate What you will do in the role Strong understanding of Dell vendor products and processes, and bidding and vendor tools Develop and retain strong working relationships with the vendor Understand pricing programs and reflect onto channel pricelists for customers Develop and execute marketing plans and initiatives to drive demand generation Manage pricing breaks and publish pricelist to customers and internal sales staff Manage and execute internal sales training and enablement Acquire, develop and maintain customer accounts Manage vendor claims and ensure timely payments Manage margin and vendor rebate attainment for portfolio Own and achieve vendor/company targets end to end Forecast sales/pipeline to the business and formulate gap plans Order and forecast stock Manage weeks of inventory and aged/obsolescence Proactively work with key customers to generate repeat business Proactively work with internal sales/BDMs/stakeholders to drive new business/opportunities Conduct QBR and update key stakeholders on health of the business Be a Dell evangelist within Dicker Data What you will need to succeed in the role Thorough knowledge of Dell vendor products and processes Proactive/operational excellence/problem solving Uses initiative, is self-motivated, and is creative Professional communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent customer service and relationship building skills Able to work well in a team as well as autonomously Ability to work under pressure High attention to detail Multi-tasking and excellent prioritisation skills Problem solving and implementing process efficiencies Proficiency with Pronto management software an advantage Strong experience in devices/server/storage/channel/distribution/selling Only those with the legal right to work in Australia may apply for this position.
