Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in product management or related technical role. 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch. Experience in building consumer-facing products. Preferred Qualifications: 8 years of experience in product management, launching and scaling consumer-facing products. Experience in preparing and delivering technical presentations to executive leadership. Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, and other stakeholders on landing consumer-facing products. Ability to balance technical, business, and organizational perspectives. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and investigative skills, with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data, and industry trends. Excellent communication and presentation skills (e.g., writing Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and strategy documents, building and delivering presentations, including to leadership). Google Photos is a photo sharing and storage service developed by Google. The team's mission is to be the home for photos and videos so users can share and save what matters to them. The team works to help users back up their photos and videos and record and share stories. Responsibilities Create a roadmap for the photo and video organization, leveraging exceptional AI to help users organize, gather, and share. Collaborate with cross-functional teams spanning Engineering, Product Management, UX, User Experience Research (UXR), Analytics, Marketing, and Business Development to define roadmaps and execute.
