About the role We have an exciting opportunity for a Product Manager to join our team at St John Ambulance Australia. As a Product Manager, you will play a vital role in managing the development and delivery of our SJx product line, a key strategic initiative for the organisation. Working closely with internal teams and stakeholders, you will ensure an exceptional learning experience, drive digital innovation, and uphold compliance with training standards. This full-time role can be based in Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane. What you'll be doing Lead the product roadmap and strategy for the SJx product line, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and pain points, and use these insights to drive product development. Engage with stakeholders to align training innovations with business objectives. Manage the product lifecycle, including prioritising feature requests, overseeing testing and quality assurance, and ensuring timely delivery of new product updates. Liaise with key stakeholders, including senior management, to communicate product performance, gather feedback, and secure support for product initiatives. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to inform product strategy and ensure our solutions remain market-leading. Represent St John Ambulance Australia in industry forums, advocating for quality training and innovation. What we're looking for 7+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the education or training industry. Strong understanding of product management principles and best practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex information into actionable insights. Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Passion for delivering innovative, user-centric products that drive business growth. Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as business, technology, or a related discipline.
