The Company: Our client is a Global manufacturing company, they manufacture a wide range of Motors, Drives and Electrification Solutions.This role is focused on growing a portfolio of VSD’s in the Australian Market. You will be responsible for the strategic direction of the Business Unit. From product selection to marketing material you will have the full autonomy to grow the business.Dealing with a variety of Industrial sectors from Quarries to Agriculture you will assist the wider sales team with the execution of the sales strategy dealing with OEM’s, End Users and Systems Integrators. The Role: Working closely with the CEO and Marketing Manager you will have a full P&L responsibility to strategically grow the sales of your category of VSDs.You will be hands on with the sales team, attending joint visit sales calls, running incentives and building the brand name in the Australian Market.This role is home office based and will involve extensive travel. The Applicant: You will have between 2-10 years B2B sales or Product Management experience from within the electro-mechanical sectors. You will be hungry for success, dynamic, self-motivated and you will be looking for an opportunity to make a name for yourself so you can progress in your career.As a natural relationship builder you will be happy to get out there with your clients and you will pride yourself on your ability not only to win accounts but to grow the revenue generation of these accounts once they are yours.
