About the Role Process specialist responsible for building, testing and implementing a new digital end-to-end servicing experience for home lending brokers. As the Product Owner, Broker Digital Servicing you are an innovator responsible for creating compelling and easy experiences for ANZ’s retail mortgage brokers to give them speed, consistency and transparency when dealing with ANZ. Key accountabilities include: Designing frictionless, scalable and compliant processes to support Brokers to move quickly but safely in getting their customers great outcomes. Architecting how interactions between brokers, operation teams and technology platforms occur seamlessly. Keeping flexibility in mind to accommodate different broker segments, loan types and lending scenarios. Minimising manual touchpoints and constantly thriving to leverage automation, AI and digital self-service to continuously improve performance. Ensuring risk and operational, technology and compliance related controls are designed and built up front. Embedding ‘intelligent ops’ that leverage telemetry from digital platforms to provide deep performance insights and support identifying opportunities to improve. Workforce planning and queue management to run the processes that you design and implement and scale over time. Leadership over driving faster time to decision, lower cost to serve and excellent experience outcomes. What could your day look like? Partner with other squads within the Broker Value Stream to collaboratively build compelling end-to-end propositions for ANZ’s home lending brokers. Work with operations teams and broker support teams so we can learn from how we do things today and make things better. Define the capabilities needed to support excellent Broker servicing and work with existing teams or build new teams to undertake the support tasks needed. Bringing creativity by challenging what’s possible whilst keeping the safety and financial wellbeing of our customers at our core. Develop a strong delivery discipline and understanding of the teams needs and priorities to ensure effective delivery of the changes needed. Embedding strong risk awareness and escalation and demonstrating compliance with obligations. Reporting on the performance of our ANZ Plus Broker servicing, identifying insights and working with teams to improve. What will you bring? Strong expertise in developing and implementing large scale processes. Ideally strong servicing experience. Ability to adopt market trends and optimise the way we service customers and brokers. Strategic thinking coupled with strong execution and delivery focus. Passion for using data and insights to help drive decision making. Full of ideas on how we can leverage technology to automate and embed process excellence and continuous improvement.
