The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions, enhance customer experiences, and drive business value in an Agile environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct workshops with business, technical, and project teams to gather requirements and clarify objectives related to customer journeys. Define and manage the product roadmap , ensuring alignment with business priorities and long-term goals. Lead the end-to-end process, including discovery, analysis, testing, and collaboration with SMEs and business units. Act as a Technical Business Analyst (BA) and Product Owner, translating business requirements into actionable user stories and meaningful documentation for stakeholders and development teams. Champion data governance best practices, ensuring that data integrity and compliance standards are upheld throughout product development. Analyze customer journey data to provide actionable insights for improving user experience and engagement. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions that enhance the customer journey. Drive Agile practices and facilitate collaboration between teams. Must-Have Skills 8+ years of experience in data warehousing, data analytics, and customer experience solutions within the Financial Services/Banking sector. 5+ years of experience in a client-facing or stakeholder management role. Strong experience as a Technical Business Analyst (BA) , with a solid understanding of translating technical and business needs into actionable deliverables. Advanced SQL experience with the ability to write complex queries to extract and analyze data. Knowledge and experience with data governance practices to ensure high-quality and compliant data management. Foundational knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) and their role in data and customer solutions. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Experience working in an Agile delivery environment. Knowledge of regulatory reporting. Familiarity with visualization tools like Power BI to enhance customer journey insights.
