Are you a strategic and delivery-focused Product Owner with experience in insurance claims transformation? Join a leading insurer driving a large-scale Guidewire implementation and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of claims operations. We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead the implementation of Guidewire, ensuring the successful transformation of our claims processes. As part of a high-profile program, you will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to align product capabilities with business needs, enhancing efficiency and customer experience. Key responsibilities will include: Owning and defining the product backlog for the Guidewire implementation and ongoing enhancements, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritise features, and define user stories. Working closely with development teams and vendors to ensure the smooth integration and delivery of Guidewire solutions. Facilitating workshops and sprint planning sessions, providing clear direction to Agile teams. Driving continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process optimisation and system enhancements. Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements throughout the implementation process. Acting as the bridge between business and technology, ensuring a seamless rollout and adoption of Guidewire. To succeed in this role, you will offer: Proven experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in an insurance claims transformation program. Hands-on experience with Guidewire (or a similar product). Strong understanding of insurance claims processes and industry best practices. Experience working in Agile delivery environments, with the ability to write user stories and manage a product backlog. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive change. A problem-solver with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
