Job Description
As a Product Owner (Rewards) within Consumer Finance, you will: Own and manage squad backlogs and prioritise tasks in line with roadmap within Consumer Finance Lead and pioneer the development of requirements into epics, features, user stories and dependencies Maximize the Value being delivered by ensuring all features are aligned to business objectives within Personal Banking Represent the business when establishing business requirements Manage/Refine the backlog of the team through prioritization and decision making. Communicate updates to stakeholders and the wider community Work within constraints by pivoting and applying tradeoffs. Outline the requirements to develop the products Support Developers, Analysts and Quality Engineers in understanding the product needs, so they can deliver on their commitments Manage complex environments with high number of features and interdependencies Manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment as part of Project Edge What you will bring: Experience as either a Product Owner, Product Manager or Business Analyst within the technology sector Strong technical background and an in-depth understanding of Financial Products and Domains (operations, processes, end users, customers, regulations) Demonstrated experience with creativity and simplifying complex processes and issues, problem solving and process analysis Proven experience working in an agile environment and familiarity with HCD techniques Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate a product vision to key stakeholders and teams Demonstrated leadership experience, including leading workshops, discovery phases, development and operational usage stages of product development Eagerness to apply innovation, adapt and grasp new skills and content Strong experience building relationships and collaborative partnerships whilst being able to influence and guide decision making Relevant analytical skills and evidence based decision making experience Ideally experience working with the configuration and running of a Loyalty platform #J-18808-Ljbffr
