Job Description The Product & Pricing Analyst is a key player in driving the success of our product portfolio and pricing strategies. They dive into profitability analyses, manage pricing changes, and keep stakeholders informed about product updates. By building strong relationships, they ensure smooth implementation and a great customer experience. Plus, they support Product Pricing Manager understand how rate changes influence customer decisions and the overall product lineup, making a significant impact on our business.In the role you will Dive into product performance data and generate meaningful analysis that can be used in decision-making. Manage the budget and forecasting process for the Products and Payments general ledgers, including monthly variance analysis and contributing to the wider budgeting and forecasting process on a bi-annual basis. Stay ahead with market research to guide smart pricing and product decisions. Oversee and implement pricing changes, ensuring smooth transitions. Assist in launching new products, modifying existing ones, or phasing out old ones. Support fee and interest rate analysis and forecasting. Ensure all product documentation is up-to-date and accurate. Collaborate with third-party providers for timely and relevant market data. Qualifications About you You will be someone who thrives on diving into data and uncovering insights that drive decisions. You enjoy collaborating with others and building strong relationships with stakeholders. Your curiosity and creativity help you think outside the box to solve problems and improve processes. You are proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about making a positive impact on the business.At least 2 years of experience in a relevant field. Tertiary qualifications in business or a related discipline. High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Strong data analysis skills and understanding of the product landscape, banking systems, CRM, mobile apps, and internet banking. An inquisitive mind. Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.
