Shape the future of rail transport Opportunities for career growth & development A collaborative and innovative work environment We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our high performing team, located in Broadmeadow. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes, from planning and scheduling to quality control.About Your Role: Reporting to the Production Planner, you will be responsible for working with the production team, customers and other key stakeholders to estimate and agree on budgets and timescales. The Coordinator will plan work to be included in the production schedule, then ensure that production schedules are met, and work is completed on time. This role works closely with purchasing, production, and warehouse teams to expedite products through the relevant business areas.About You: Qualifications: Trade certificate, relevant Diploma or further education is preferred Industry Knowledge: Experience in Planning, especially in the Rail industry or other safety-critical environments (automotive, defence, avionics, mining or heavy industry) Software Utilisation: Proficiency using software tools like SAP for Enterprise Resource Planning, and MS Office (Word, Excel) for document creation, data analysis and communication. Production Planning and Quality Control: Strong knowledge of production planning and quality control principles. Adopting New Technologies: Demonstrated willingness to embrace new technologies, methods, and systems. Independent Work and Multi-tasking: Proven ability to independently organize and prioritise tasks, manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines.
