From managing team performance to troubleshooting line issues, you’ll play a key role in keeping everything on track. Looking for Day and Afternoon shifts. Requirements: Experience in FMCG/Food Manufacturing Operations desired but not essential. Familiarity with SHE issues and quality principles. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Proactive and outcome-focused, with a hands-on approach. Excellent leadership skills, including effective communication and active listening. Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.
