Responsibilities: Leading and mentoring the team. Manage repair allocation based on the size and severity to the most suitable tradesmen/apprentice. Ensure all production staff updates the status of every completed job by updating the system applications. Ensure all work areas, tools, equipment and PPE are in clean and safe condition. Adhere to the company policies, procedures and standards. Report maintenance and safety concerns to the cluster manager. Requirements: Qualified Panel Beater and/or Spray Painter with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on industry experience. Organized and able to work with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A team player with a can-do attitude and helps to create an effective working environment. A willingness to utilise new processes and technology solutions to improve performance outcomes (Desirable).
