An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Production Manager to join the team at Bakers Delight Lavington! As a Production Manager, you will be fully accountable for the operations and profitability of Bakers Delight Lavington. You will lead and drive your team to produce quality products and deliver delightful customer service to meet sales and performance targets. You’ll also spend time training your team in all bakery operations, so having a focus on standards, policies, and procedures is important too! To be successful in this role, you will: Have experience in retail store/restaurant management with strong baking experience. Have knowledge of retail operations & budgets in a small business. Understand the need for strong compliance with work health and safety standards and requirements. Be a strong communicator with good conflict management skills. Be able to influence and motivate others. You’ll be comfortable leading a team to deliver quality products every time to contribute to Bakers Delight Lavington achieving our results and meeting targeted budgets. Working full time, hours may be spread across the week (and weekend), with some early mornings and late evenings, in line with bakery expectations. Your dedication and drive to lead and work with a close-knit team to produce excellent quality products and provide delightful customer service are the key ingredients for success in this role!
