Job Description About the Role The Specialist Training Program (STP) team is in Shared Services within the RACP. The STP team works with other RACP staff in the Education, Learning and Assessment (ELA) and elsewhere, Fellows of the College and staff in STP-funded training sites, in order to support the implementation, evaluation, reporting and evolution of the STP program. The STP is a Commonwealth funded initiative designed to provide medical specialist trainees the opportunity to rotate through a range of rural, private and expanded settings beyond the traditional public metropolitan teaching hospitals while on their pathway to Fellowship of a College. The primary purpose of the Program Coordinator role is to provide high level project administration support to the STP Unit in order to support the implementation, evaluation, reporting and evolution of the STP program and other activities as required. The role is fixed term until February 2026. Key Accountabilities Review and approve progress reports from STP sites, the calculation of payments to STP posts and receipt of invoices Coordinate development and release of funding agreements with STP sites Manage enquiries (by telephone or email) and provide support to RACP committees and Fellows regarding STP Prepare reports for internal and external use, as required Assist in development of policies, streamlined processes and systems relevant to STP Develop business requirements for and testing of changes to the STP online portal Maintain updated information including contact data, in the STP portal Assist with the development of STP resources and communication material to meet stakeholder needs and funder requirements, e.g., Standard Operating Procedures, website content Desired Skills and Experience Experience in the administration and reporting of projects and delivering outputs required within specified time-frames Demonstrated high level of numeracy Excellent written and verbal communication skills Advanced problem solving, analytical and administrative skills Excellent organisational and time management skills Initiative, accuracy and attention to detail Advanced database and computer skills, including MS Word and Excel Proven ability to work in a collaborative team environment and independently without close supervision A commitment to professional client service Demonstrated commitment to quality assurance and continuous development processes Interested?
