Flexible Location - Work Remotely The Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (ACRRM) is a member-based organisation that strives to set, maintain and promote high-quality professional standards for Rural and Remote Medicine. This will help to ensure that rural and remote communities have access to safe and accessible health care. ACRRM is expanding its dedicated teams across Australia, and we’re looking for a passionate and self-motivated Training Program Advisor to join our growing team in NSW. This is an exciting part-time contract opportunity till 31st December 2025 to play a key role in supporting registrars through their training journey, from initial accreditation to fellowship progression. Your duties will include: Provide training support to registrars, supervisors, and training posts within your allocated region. Ensure the accurate and timely updating of training documentation and data to track and coordinate registrar progress. Work closely with the team to manage and coordinate registrar placements. Promote registrar wellbeing and offer support as needed. Assist in organising and supporting educational events and networking activities. Regional and remote travel, as well as occasional out-of-hours work, may be required. To be successful, you will have: A proactive, self-motivated approach with a strong ability to follow through on tasks and drive outcomes. The ability to manage competing priorities effectively. Experience working in a multidisciplinary team environment. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Strong attention to detail in managing and maintaining accurate work and information. A commitment to self-directed learning and professional development.
