The Program Manager will be responsible for aligning program objectives with Flight Centre Travel Group's (FCTG) strategic goals, and collaborating with leaders and vendor managers to enable successful program delivery. This role demands a strategic thinker with exceptional program management skills. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure alignment with corporate objectives. In addition, you will oversee the coordination and execution of multiple projects, manage program resources and budgets, address risks and issues that arise and prepare timely and consistent reports. Candidates must be based in Brisbane, or willing to relocate. The role will be for an initial 12 month period, to be reviewed at the end of that time.
