Program Manager - HRIS Implementation (daily rate) Program Manager opportunity to lead a HRIS system implementation. Company Our client is a leading Healthcare business with a strong brand presence and outstanding growth potential. They have a dynamic, high-performing culture that values teamwork and encourages progression internally and cross-functionally throughout the group. Recently, they have been acquired by Private Equity and are in the process of divesting the entity. Off the back of this, a Program Manager is required to implement their HRIS system of choice in a greenfield project. Responsibilities Managing the overall program and establishment. Managing the development and implementation of program plans to meet objectives. Senior-level stakeholder management. Developing and embedding program governance and reporting framework to monitor implementation, progress and delivery of the transformation. Providing effective leadership and people management and coordination of project staff. Required Experience Must have implemented HRIS system(s) end-to-end. Track record of delivering cross-functional transformation programs. Exceptional stakeholder management and client relationship skills. Strong communications skills, both written and verbal. Highly motivated, self-driven with a positive attitude. Ability to work autonomously or collaboratively and apply problem-solving skills.
