The Program and Contract Manager is responsible for providing assurance to Housing Plus by working closely with the Plus Property Development Team to ensure all contractual, reporting, and compliance requirements associated with the relevant contracts are fully met, as well as supporting development program delivery and budget management. The successful candidate will ideally have: At least 5 years’ experience in project management within the construction / development (or similar) sector. Experience in contract administration and performance management. Demonstrated business acumen, including financial management skills and sound commercial awareness. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. High degree of drive and initiative with the capacity to deal with multiple and often conflicting priorities.
