The Opportunity: We are seeking expressions of interest for a Program Manager - Services Manager (Mission Systems) . The Program Manager - Services Manager provides leadership and direction to the Mission Systems program and is responsible for overall management of the delivery of mission systems and support services associated with the program. The key responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to: Contributing to Contract Status Reports (CSR) Analysing and reviewing Performance Measurement Reports Managing supply support working closely with proposed subcontractor, Touchpoint Managing AIC including developing the AIC plan, gaining approval from the Commonwealth, implementing the plan, and evaluating outcomes Authority over all aspects of the Mission Systems Program scope of Services, including policy formation and application Making decisions critical to Mission Systems Program success Setting goals for Mission Systems Program according to strategic objectives and requirements Supervising, authorising, and making strategic Mission Systems Program decisions Assuring the Executive Authority that the Mission Systems Program contract is delivered in accordance with Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental requirements Assessing the impact of legislation and actively promoting compliance Ensuring that the organisation develops and mobilises the full range of required digital skills and capabilities As the ideal candidate you will bring: Essential: Hold, or be eligible for, membership (fellow) of a recognised professional body Bachelor’s degree in management, Engineering or Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in project or program management Minimum of 5 years of experience in management of major programs comprised of multidisciplinary teams Highest level of leadership skills Deep understanding of the industry and implications of emerging technologies Defence Industry knowledge Full range of strategic management and leadership skills Very high level of verbal and written communication skills NV1 Security clearance (or ability to obtain) Benefits of KBR: A workplace culture certified as a Great Place To Work (Aus, India, UK & US) Flexible working conditions Competitive salary (including annual reviews) Paid Parental leave Paid Reservist leave Income protection Corporate rewards Salary packaging/Novated leasing Discounted employee stock purchase plans Flu shots, skin checks and private health insurance discounts Career development: Online learning, mentorship and career pathways If you’re ready to shape tomorrow, let’s get started.
