In this role, you'll: Join the Strategy, Insights and Customer Experience branch with the focus for this opportunity on working closely with the Project Delivery team and Change Lead to support improvements to existing procurement and contract management processes.Act as a key contact for program coordination, build relationships at all levels and have exposure to a wide variety of projects and technologies.Manage budgets and resources (+ 1 direct report). Coordinate strategic reviews of project deliverables and provide advice and escalation for emerging issues and risks to senior leaders and the executive for decision making and remedial action.Establish reporting mechanisms to support the measurement of benefits realisation and coordinate administrative functions, including team procedures, purchasing and records management.Fixed Term Full Time opportunity to September 2025 | Hybrid work, Sydney metro based.About you Working as a member of the leadership team, the Program Manager reports directly to the Director and will be a highly organised, efficient and proactive individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, prioritising a high volume of tasks and is comfortable working with tight deadlines and competing priorities. You will also demonstrate: Expertise working in a similar role in a complex program environment. Procurement and/or vendor contract management experience. Experience with Agile methodologies. Experience in using Microsoft software packages including Word, Excel and PowerPoint and in preparing correspondence and reports.
