In this role, you'll: Work within our Suburban Services branch of Sydney Trains, within our Customer Environment team, involved in leading and managing the delivery of allocated Wayfinding projects so that planned outcomes are achieved, particularly related to schedule, scope, benefits realization and budget. Prepare and update project documentation, status reports, risks and issues, and change controls. Manage projects to ensure timeframes and deliverables are achieved, attend sites to plan, coordinate and inspect work activities. Develop and control project schedules and planning activities to ensure modules are completed according to established project milestones. Manage key project stakeholders (internal/external) to define and integrate project outcomes to business as usual. Your demonstrated experience in managing wayfinding projects will accompany your experience in customer-facing transport infrastructure delivery projects involving the coordination of onsite delivery teams and works. You are recognised as having the experience in collaborating with both internal and external stakeholder groups with the ability to facilitate project coordination activities and work with transport procurement and reporting systems. This is an Award RC6 Temporary Fixed Term Full-Time role for up to 12 months, based in Burwood, with flexibility through our cutting-edge hybrid working model.
