My client is looking for a Programme Change Manager (12 month FTC) who thrives in a dynamic and evolving environment and can juggle numerous priorities at once. This organisation is a leading FMCG organisation who believe 2025 is the year of change delivery! You will play a pivotal role in leading People & Culture (P&C) and Transformation projects, ensuring all teams are engaged and aligned to deliver major projects across the organisation - including a Global Engagement Survey and ERP systems implementation. We are seeking someone who has experience across: Leading Key P&C Projects, including the Global Engagement Survey—because our people’s voices matter! Driving Transformation Initiatives, such as our Contractor & Casuals Review, collaborating with stakeholders to implement change seamlessly. Crafting Meaningful Communications across multiple platforms to engage and inspire teams. Tracking Project Success by recording progress, managing savings, and presenting outcomes to leadership. Delivering Training & Coaching to empower internal stakeholders with the skills to champion change. Preferred Requirements: 7+ years of experience in change & communications management. Expertise in people, process, and system coordination to deliver transformational outcomes. Strategic thinker with strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills. Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, creating alignment across teams. Experience in PROSCI or other change management methodologies (bonus points for HR background!).
